With nearly three decades of experience at Souder Properties, Steve has a reputation for excellence and reliability in the industry. When not managing his properties, he enjoys spending his days on the beach.
Director of Operations, is a highly skilled professional with a commercial broker license. Since 2015, Carly has served as the General Manager of Souder Properties in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. She has a 2016 undergraduate degree in graphic design and marketing. Then, in May 2023 she earned both a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Real Estate with a focus on Real Estate Finance and Development from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. In addition, Carly holds General Contractor licenses in North Carolina and South Carolina. She will share her experience with franchisees and help them establish their commitment to their communities as they open and operate their Souder Properties.
Director of IT, brings his background in information technology to the brand. Before joining Souder Properties, Brandon served as the IT Manager for the city of Rock Hill, North Carolina. He is experienced in managing and optimizing IT infrastructure and this helps to ensure Souder Properties is at the forefront of technological advancements. His role is to enhance operational efficiency and establish security protocols across all facets of the brand.
Director of Facilities and Sustainability, is experienced in HVAC controls, specializing in chillers and boilers. Prior to joining Souder Properties in February 2023, Kyle spent over a decade at Mechanical Contractors, Inc. in Charlotte, North Carolina.. His career also includes roles as a Software Engineer at MSS Solutions and a Building Automation Systems Integrator at Affinity Automation, LLC. With his background in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) coordination and control systems, Kyle is dedicated to advancing sustainable practices and efficient facility management within the brand.
